You are responsible for the personal belongings within the cleaning area. While our team exercises extreme care, we recommend securing valuables prior to service. Our liability coverage applies to direct damage caused by our negligence, subject to the terms outlined in your service agreement.
Website & Content
All content on this website—including text, images, methodology descriptions, and the Prague Apartment Case Study—is the intellectual property of purehomey. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our service methodologies or visual assets for commercial purposes without written permission. You may, however, share our public portfolio items for personal reference.

Booking, Payment, & Scheduling
Scheduling & Access
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a valid email address and agreed time slot. We serve Italská 786/30 and surrounding Prague 2 areas Monday-Friday 8:00-18:00 and Saturday 9:00-14:00. Access to elevators in historic buildings often has strict hours; we will coordinate timing with you to ensure compliance.
Payment & Cancellations
Payment is due upon completion of service, unless a corporate account is established. For cancellations or rescheduling, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to avoid a fee equal to 50% of the service cost. This reflects the reserved time for our professional team and logistics planning.
Scope & Customization
All services are scoped based on the property type (e.g., standard apartment, post-renovation site) and the selected package. Custom add-ons (e.g., interior window cleaning, refrigerator detailing) are available for an additional fee. We do not perform heavy decluttering or hazardous material removal.
Liability & Guarantees
We carry commercial liability insurance. We guarantee the quality of our work; if you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will schedule a follow-up visit to address the specific concern. This guarantee does not cover pre-existing conditions or areas not within the agreed-upon scope.
